OUR BELIEFS AND VALUES

  • You have a unique purpose that only you can fulfill. You have been born with special gifts and talents that allow you to be all of who you are created to be. When you understand who you are and how your experiences have changed and prepared you, you can begin to create the plan for your life, living out your greater purpose.



  • Coaching is a process of discovery. It is a rigorous and sustained approach where you will deepen your self-awareness and take tangible steps toward positive change in your life. The length of the coaching process varies depending on your needs. Generally, most clients coach full-time for a period of nine to twelve months. Through the journey of coaching, you will learn to embrace and accept all of who you are, including your strengths, weaknesses, and limitations. You can begin to use each facet of this self-discovery as a tool to deepen your learning and forward the action to create the life you long for.



  • Coaching works. We have witnessed the incredible transformation of the lives of women from all different backgrounds and needs. These transformations support the powerful results and impact of coaching. Coaching is a unique relationship that holds you accountable to your deepest desires and who you want to become in the process. OUR APPROACH


Inner Wisdom Coaching Services uses a proven coaching method called

Co-Active Coaching developed by The Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest and most respected accredited coach training institutions in the world. Our approach is founded on the following cornerstones:

  • You are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. We know that you have the answers inside of you. We support you in the self-discovery process by asking powerful questions that connect you to your inner wisdom. You become capable and committed to living life aligned with your values and your greater purpose.



  • Coaching focuses on your whole life. We use coaching principles that help you to experience the fullness and depth of your life. You gain a better understanding of what fills your heart and soul so you can bring balance and integration into all areas as you embrace the process. You begin to live more fully in a deeper relationship with all facets of your life.



  • You determine the agenda for the coaching. The focus of the coaching comes from you. As you bring topics to your coaching, your coach holds your bigger picture in front of you, steering you toward your dreams so that you can stay on course to create the life you really want.



  • We design our alliance* together. You and your coach develop an alliance* that will meet your desires. Our relationship is individually designed based on your unique needs, with a focus on communication that will support your results. We identify the mutual responsibility within each of our roles and you experience the impact of our designed alliance* as you create the changes in your life.

* “Designed Alliance: When the client grants power to the alliance [partnership], it then becomes necessary for the client to take responsibility for his/her part of the alliance [partnership]. Out of the ownership of the relationship, clients design the alliance [partnership] that will be most beneficial to them and supportive of forwarding their action toward their goals and vision. This is done through making requests of the coach, setting up the logistics of the coaching relationship, and discussing the best ways to facilitate client learning and action. Designed alliances [partnerships] tend to shift over time and need to be revisited regularly.”
