You are an incredible, colorful work of art designed by God with intricate detail!  You are not a black and white sketch, but a rich and vibrant painting with a blend of color and design that is uniquely yours. Every detail of you was intentionally created with His purpose for you in mind, for you are not an isolated picture, but part of a bigger mural. Your uniqueness is what connects you with your purpose.

How familiar are you with the intricacies of you? My heart for you is that you begin to rediscover and reclaim the color God placed within you and tap into the vibrancy that is uniquely yours. So often we get stuck in a mere sketch of our lives and lose sight of the richness God intends for us. There is a wealth of wisdom, strength and beauty within you that is yearning to be revealed and used for His glory.

My privilege as your coach is to get curious about you! Together we will identify and move beyond the barriers that stand between you and the power within you, releasing you to a life of purpose and fulfillment consistent with your unique design. You will gain clarity on your gifts, your strengths and your individual traits. We’ll explore what’s truly important to you, what inspires you and what makes your heart soar! As I listen, I am committed to really hear what is being said with your words, your inflections and even your silence. I will notice and identify for you where you come alive and where you tend to shut down. As you tune into your true passions and God-given dreams, you’ll be empowered to set meaningful and powerful goals. You will more joyfully serve from your heart as you utilize your gifts.

Through coaching, you may also more clearly recognize where you need to say “no” or to establish clearer boundaries. This increased understanding will enable you to maximize your strengths and to focus your time and energy on the things that truly matter to you.

Embrace your uniqueness! Let the Truth of who you are in Christ and the understanding of your individual design be the framework that supports who you will BE in everything you do. Resist allowing what you DO define who you are.  There is freedom in authentic living. As you actively live in alignment with how God designed you to be, it creates a harmonious blend and balance that splashes into all areas of your own life and richly impacts others.
