Individual Coaching Services

Our individual services are recommended for women who want to work with a coach in a one-on-one format as they explore one or more areas of their life. You choose the topic and the coach acts as a facilitator and resource to provide clarity and accountability through the process of change.

 

Our coaching is based on the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Coaching model taught by the Coaches Training Institute. This model allows our Life Coaching clients to explore what's next as they create lives aligned with their heart's deepest desires. This same foundational coaching model allows our Christian clients to deepen their faith and personal relationship with Christ, as they align with His will for their lives.
