We offer a complimentary consultation which gives you the chance to ask questions, get to know your Coach, and receive relevant information that will support you in the decision making process. We are passionately committed to your spiritual journey. In order for you to get what you need from your Spiritual Coaching you must have an open and intimate connection with your coach, and be ready to create the life God intends for you. During our consultation, we will evaluate and assess whether we have similar values and beliefs that will support a meaningful coaching partnership. We only take clients if we feel that what we provide is a good match with what you need. As well, you are never obligated to work with us.

Once we have a general framework to work from, we tailor the delivery of our services to suit your needs. We assess where you are in your life and your walk with God, and find out where you would like to be in the future. We evaluate what you want by focusing on your needs and concerns so that we can determine the coaching package that is best for you.

If we make the decision to work together, we design and co-create a working relationship that will establish a strong foundation for the coaching process. The partnership we design includes a partnership with God in our coaching relationship. The expectations we communicate and the role that God plays in your coaching will allow you to start realizing the goals you have set for your spiritual walk. Along the way, we will have milestones to check your progress while making sure you are satisfied with your results. Because our approach is flexible, convenient, and customized, we will make changes you feel are important to incorporate into your plan so that you achieve the desired results you want in your life.

The coaching sessions are held over the phone each week, with two or three sessions in a typical month depending on which coaching package you choose. Before each coaching call, you will complete and send to your coach a self-assessment to prepare for the coaching topics you want to explore during your session. You and your coach will begin your coaching call with a complete check-in process to explore what you’ve learned from your previous assignments, have some general discussion around what you need from your coaching call, and begin the coaching process. Throughout the coaching call you will gain insight and clarity. The call will end with new areas of exploration for you to pursue in-between coaching sessions that will deepen your learning and continue your momentum in the areas which you are focused upon.
