Case Study #1
“How do I live my life more fully—both
emotionally and physically?”
The Problem
Jill is a self-motivated, tenacious, committed, and courageous woman who
had reached an internal “wall” that was blocking her. She
could feel it keeping her from gaining a deeper understanding of herself
and what she wanted in her life, along with hindering her physical healing
process. For nine years she had been on a path of personal and spiritual
growth with some transformative periods throughout those years, yet she
knew that she had reached a point of stagnation emotionally and physically.
She was ready to dive in to explore her life more fully.
The Solution
Jill’s coaching calls offered a safe place for her to get in touch
with the fears and negative beliefs she didn’t realize existed in
her. With her courage, and the skills of her coach, she unearthed these
fears and beliefs, bringing them to the surface for her to learn from.
By confronting them, Jill was able to see the blocks which existed, allowing
her to make the choice to move forward, creating rapid and intense growth
in just five months.
The Outcome
Jill has created a life with a deeper sense of fulfillment and understanding
of who she is. As a result of coaching, she has created a deeper, more
intimate connection with her husband. She has also experienced physical
healing, advancement in her career, and an increased level of awareness
of her true nature as a powerful, passionate, creative, and inspiring
woman.

“What’s going to get me beyond the ‘spin cycle’?”
The Problem
Molly was tired of what she called the “spin cycle.” Each day was
focused on rushing through life, with a focus on working so she could
pay the bills. Her life lacked the meaningful connections she desired
with others. She longed for a more fulfilling life that would bring the
freedom, joy, and spontaneity she felt as a kid when she’d take
time out on her favorite swing set.
The Solution
Through exploring what it meant to fully experience passion in her life,
Molly learned what specific activities created the freedom and liveliness
that had been missing. A daily ritual was set up where Molly exercised,
played her piano, and took time to connect with her heart before she did
anything else each day. She clearly learned that putting passion into
her life allowed her to radiate and connect with the qualities of purpose
and enthusiasm that had been dormant.
The Outcome
Molly has a very clear sense of what “passionate” means for
her. She uses the knowledge and tools she gained from coaching to make
sure the activities and choices she pursues bring passion, joy, freedom,
and fulfillment to her daily life. Through the process of finding what
keeps her alive and radiant, she has attracted quality opportunities into
her life by expanding her business and philanthropy work. She focuses
her time on wealth-building activities and relationships which has allowed
her to love, embrace, and participate more fully in her life.

Case Study #3
“How can I be more successful in my business?”
The Problem
Laura wasn’t experiencing the success she desired in her direct
sales business. She watched as others created in their own businesses
what she wanted for herself, but she didn’t know how to translate
or apply it into her own business.
The Solution
Laura was searching for an elusive secret to success when she realized her negative self-talk
had kept her from finding the answers within her.
After becoming aware of this, she changed her inner dialogue, which allowed
her to affirm her belief in herself and begin to create a vision for what
she wanted. She established controllable and measurable goals and made
consistent changes in her approach by learning to create time in her life
and her schedule to “make it work, find a new way, and try it again.”
She learned about her personal values and how respecting her uniqueness
empowered her to create her intentions and live out her choices by getting
the results she wanted.
The Outcome
Laura’s personal sales doubled in one month from what she had done the
entire previous quarter. By focusing on her business goals and choosing
behaviors and actions she could control, she doubled her annual sales
and earned a free cruise from her company. She has become a better listener
with her team members. Through coaching,
her relationships have improved as well. More specifically, she has been
able to empower her children by teaching them how to make wise choices.
She has noticed a more peaceful home and calmer children.

“How do I get off of the hamster wheel of my life?”
The Problem
Rolanda came to coaching looking for a way to simplify her life while
creating meaningful results and relationships. She was very reactionary
in her approach to life and took on responsibilities and commitments that
weren’t hers to take, leaving her overwhelmed and frustrated. She
struggled in her ability to make decisions and felt stuck between her
lack of boundaries and her perfectionist beliefs.
The Solution
We began to explore Rolanda’s values and the qualities that made
her come alive. Rolanda needed a “live” person to support
her and hold her accountable to reconnecting to an intimate relationship
with God. Through coaching, she had the consistent opportunity in a safe
environment to explore the beliefs that were limiting her, while discovering
the unhealthy boundaries that kept her overwhelmed and distracted from
God. Through coaching, she has developed a consistent game plan that includes
learning from God who she is while honoring healthy boundaries that allow
her to follow God’s will for her life.
The Outcome
Rolanda has let go of her perfectionism and need to be responsible for
everything. As a result, she now plans with a purpose and is focused on
getting results. She has learned to stop before making decisions so that
she can focus on her moral standards. By doing this, she is able to listen
to the quiet yet powerful voice of God and make her choices according
to her deepest values, while living out her heart’s ultimate desires.
Rolanda has learned to empower others and has developed healthy boundaries
so that others in her life have become more resourceful in taking responsibility
for their own lives. Overall, her relationships have improved because
she now has a powerful and strong voice that contributes to mutual partnerships
with improved communication. There is an authentic realness to Rolanda
and she responds to life in a way that is calm and peaceful inside. She
is confident making decisions and is able to make powerful choices. Her
relationship with God is more intimate and she invites Him into every
detail of her life as she realizes she has the glorious privilege to be
connected to Him. Rolanda has released the guilt and lack of self-worth
that she used to feel, and now, as a precious child of God, she lives
wisely, humbly, and boldly as she blesses and serves others.

Case Study #5
“Who am I and how do I find me?”
The Problem
Andrea began coaching as an extremely stressed person seeing no way out
of a job situation that had become so unpleasant that she hated going
to work. She was regularly committing to doing things that weren’t
her responsibility and felt scattered and out of balance. As a service-oriented
person with a giving heart, Andrea would say “yes” to others
and feel guilty because it affected quality time with her family, herself,
and her relationship with God. She wanted to find a way to be true to
her heart and set boundaries that would be healthy for herself and the
others in her life.
The Solution
Having another person believe in her was a critical aspect of the coaching
relationship
for Andrea. Through being held accountable to her coaching commitment
when she attempted to quit coaching, Andrea began to wonder when she would
begin to put her needs and situation first. Realizing that life would
not change until she changed, Andrea embraced the coaching and invited
God into the details so she could begin to create healthy relationships
and get the quality results she wanted in her life.
The Outcome
Andrea has overcome the insecurities and limiting beliefs that regularly held
her back from setting boundaries. She is more confident at work as
she took actions to let go of being responsible for situations and activities that
aren't hers to take on. This has allowed her enough freedom and space
to find out what she wants, and through the deepening of her connection
to God, she has learned what it means to be herself in her relationships.
She is calm and confident in her whole life, realizing that not only
did she need to be strong and healthy for others, but that she also
deserves to live the life God wants for her. Andrea has learned a
powerful lesson about listening to her heart: “when you understand
your deepest values, your heart feels whole, your soul is complete, and
choices in life begin to fall into place.” Through coaching, she
has seen the impact that God has played in her life, and more specifically,
supporting her through the challenging situation at work by providing
her a foundation to experience peace amidst the changes that occurred.

Case Study #6
“How do I live up to my God-given potential?”
The Problem
Jessica came to coaching with a distorted view of herself which hindered
her from living up to the full potential placed within her by God. This
caused her to focus on what wasn’t working, keeping her from exploring
how God wanted to use her more fully when serving others.
The Solution
Holding Jessica accountable to her personal and spiritual growth made
her able to see herself through God’s eyes as she moves forward
in pursuing her dreams. In a non-judgmental atmosphere, Jessica has been
able to examine what has held her back and has learned new approaches
to tackle the hurdles and obstacles she faces. Not having to struggle
through it all on her own has allowed Jessica to achieve so much more
in a short period of time.
The Outcome
Jessica has been able to identify her unique gifts and talents and begin
to own them as an empowered part of the woman God created her to be. Through
the process, she has identified her strengths in serving others and has
become a better coach to the women she mentors at her church. The changes
in her are seen by others and felt by Jessica as she continues to serve
a greater purpose in God’s kingdom.

Case Study #7
“How do I balance my business with all that God wants me
to be?”
The Problem
Kay started coaching as a way to create a stronger direct sales business
and to become a more effective leader to her team. What she soon realized,
though, was that life is not compartmentalized and separated into categories.
Therefore, in order to be a good mother, wife, and business owner, she
needed to find a way to integrate and balance her entire life. Kay had
learned through the three years she spent in direct sales that when negative
influences affect one area, all facets of your life are impacted. She
was looking to find a way to incorporate the skills from coaching into
all of her roles and responsibilities which she fulfills each day without
feeling guilty or overwhelmed.
The Solution
Kay quickly recognized the value of bringing her relationship with God
into the coaching as the source for integrating the many aspects of her
life. With supportive, non-judgmental coaching calls, Kay was able to
learn, recognize, respect, and celebrate her values and unique gifts from
God. Having clarity about her God-given gifts and talents helped Kay develop
a stronger belief in herself and a framework for developing new perspectives
in her life and business relationships. Kay has developed intentional
practices that she incorporates into her daily living.
The Outcome
Through coaching, Kay has learned the powerful skills used to empower
others. In her business she has become bold, confident, playful, and loving
in her relationships with her team members, while maintaining her personal
boundaries. Her team has stretched and grown in skill and strength and
over the course of 12 months, Kay’s organization has grown by 90%.
With a shift of perspective, she is now working with customers, clients,
and team members from a powerful place of service, realizing that “it
is not all about me.” This has given Kay strength by being aware
of God working in her, throughout her day, as she pursues the dreams for
her business, family, and life with God fully involved. As a mother of
three children, she has improved her parenting skills by becoming a better
listener and being “present” in conversations with her children
and her husband. She is now free to play with her kids without feeling
guilty about not working, because she has the ability to be focused and
intentional while honoring the boundaries around her time. Because she
is intentional about how she is taking care of herself, Kay’s health
has improved as she has lost and kept off 15 pounds. The most important
outcome of coaching is that Kay has realized she is a child of God, giving
her a joyful freedom and peace, with the boldness to follow her dreams
and live each day intentionally, by focusing on Him.

Case Study #8
“What must I do to overcome my fears and
limitations?”
The Problem
Noelle was tired of living in survival mode never feeling as if she could
overcome the obstacles that kept her from experiencing the fullness of
the person God created her to be. She knew the truth of God’s Word
and all that was possible for her, yet fear would continually settle in
and keep her from the level of growth she desired. After admitting that
it might be possible to believe that God saw more in her than she saw
in herself, she hired a coach to find a way to implement this truth in
her life as she overcame her personal obstacles.
The Solution
Designing a coaching relationship that put Noelle at ease allowed her to
be honest and open about the “real” Noelle. She quickly came to the
conclusion that learning, knowing, and celebrating who she is in Christ
is only half the battle; the real challenge is applying it to everyday
life choices. Noelle developed strategies that support her in examining
everyday decisions to make sure that what she commits to
is based on her heart’s deepest values and God’s will for
her life.
The Outcome
Time-consuming and emotionally draining commitments and activities are
a thing of the past for Noelle as she strives to fill her days with the
things that God has for her. She has developed new perspectives that have
allowed her to seek God’s approval rather than the approval of human
beings. While this concept is easy to understand, it is difficult to live
out, thus the coaching and accountability has supported Noelle in finding
the freedom that comes from a life of surrender to God. Her relationships
with her husband and children have grown and blossomed. Noelle’s
relationship with God is much deeper and more intimate as she continues
to mature in her faith and serve Him more powerfully.
